We provide brand new condition, used condition, refurbish condition and as-is condition robot & semiconductor products.
Under normal circumstances: new products with 1 year warranty, used products with 3 months warranty, refurbish products with 1 year warranty, and as-is products without warranty and not refund/return.
After payment, in order to ensure that you buy the correct products, we will send the detailed pictures of the products to your email for your confirmation before delivery. We will also confirm the warranty period of the product with you again.We will only ship after you confirm.
After receiving the products
1.If you find any damage after receiving the products, please contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org or iasautomation@hotmail within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and provide detailed pictures and videos. Our customer service will respond within 1-5 working days back to you.
